Receptionist

The Bilingual Receptionist will be the front face of the office and must be able to:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Must be able to translate documents (English to Arabic)
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Compose and prepare confidential correspondences, reports, and other complex documents.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Must be able to manage documents.
  • Prepare expense reports for management.
  • Arrange flights and hotel accommodation for travelling staff.
